What weapon/armour is best for my dragon knight build?

I've managed to make it to level 20 after creating a new Dunmer dragon knight character and I was wondering what weapon would be best to use for my build. I use magicka most of the time and seeing as though I use magicka instead of stamina would this have an impact on what armour I should wear (heavy or medium?). I'm also not sure which weapon is best because I'm currently using dual wield and I'm not sure that's the best choice.

Magicka based works best with Light Armor and Destruction staves. But while leveling this can be a bit too squishy for you, so you can also play in Heavy Armor. Medium armor is for Stamina builds, which is also viable as DK.0 -
