Dwemer Scraps too rare?

Or am I doing something wrong? I've genuinely found more of the purple dwemer motifs than I have scraps? I can't even find any to buy in guild stores either on XB1 EU! Any advice? I'm looking through all containers in dwemer ruins and looting mobs in DC ones (I'm EP VR1)

go to the dungeons where there are lots of dwemers robots, and grind them thats the easist way to get them. Best delvie is probably either the one in the Rift or Ransa Wheel, spelled wrong

They seem rare indeed.

Wish i could contribute something usefull but i have made 4 frames with having spent a bunch of time in dwarven ruins.

I found a piece in the Dwemer ruin on Stros M'kai which is the first place I encountered a dwemer robot. I suspect that it just takes hunting dwemer spiders and such.

odd as I have found a ton of dwemer scraps over 10 months of play & no dwemer motif. As other stated, just go into dwemer delve ruins.

I've spent a few hours hunting and the drop rate is slow but if you are only farming for a set for yourself a it isn't bad.

The drop rate for scrap is low. And having to refine 10 scrap to 1 frame makes it seem lower still.

But hey, it IS supposed to be super-rare to get dwemer gear, so... I'm good with it.

Just find a nifty dwemer ruin that works for your level (EP and DC maps are good for those - Stonefalls, Deshaan, Eastmarch, The Rift each has at least one, Alik'ir Desert three okay-ish ones, and Bangkorai another great one, and the inner half of Razaks Wheel also fits the bill) and kill constructs like they are popcorn! You'll get loot, you'll get expees, and eventually you'll get some scrap too. For me, by the time I have to leave to sell off my loot I usually have five to ten scrap pieces... (though I suppose that would depend on how filled your inventory is when you start...) Also look in every container, one can never know when they might contain some scrap as well... or one of those book pages...

Always found waaay more scraps than motifs, but hey: RNG is RNG.

Don't forget that enemies have a chance to drop it as well. Loot all the containers, sure, but also kill the spiders and spheres and such.

Ha! So those things are useful for something? Found some by accident one time and held on to them for months. When didn't find any more, said heck with it and sold the things to a merchant, since they were taking up space.
