Defend the Silvenar quest is broken on PS4

AD side last part of the quest where you have to defend him is completely broken, there are 30 of us here and none of us can complete the quest. Need some help from support to fix this asap so we can all continue questing.

People will not listen and let the NPC walk DOWNSTAIRS before attacking
