No crowns and no explorers pack

On the 25th of June which is over three weeks ago I bought 1500 crowns and redeemed the explorers pack on the PS store and after sending multiple complaints I kep getting the same response and its ridiculous at this stage I can't even play the game the way I want and its just making me want to stop playing it completely
