ZOS is seriously screwing up badly, and needs to seriously shape up if you guys plan to keep players. Let's think about this for a minute. Delayed the release of information that was already pretty darn delayed for a really delayed patch that has been a long time coming, but was delayed because of consoles. Delayed, delayed, delayed. Do you know what Square Enix does? Do you guys at ZOS even pay attention to what other MMO companies do? If not, let me give you a hint. There's a whole lot of transparency and accountability. People are informed (in great detail) way ahead of time of what to expect in the next big updates, and release dates come pretty fast.
But we aren't playing those other games, we're playing ESO. Why? Because we love ESO. Unfortunately it feels like we're being taken advantage of because of that. You guys at ZOS are taking away the only hope that some of us have of this MMO ever being halfway decent, only because you can't get your act together and give us SIMPLE INFORMATION on a timely basis.
This is ridiculous, and while I praise everyone who sticks around, I won't be surprised nor will I blame those who decide they've had enough.
Seriously ZOS, it's crunch time. Either get this game back on its feet or you're going to lose a lot more than you can afford to.

And I'm sure everyone would love more accountability from there department but there pr as we all know from recent events is not good or apparently accountable for anything ... The worst part is you can tell everyone loves this game they just want change and a couple fixes... I am on this boat
I can guarantee you that they are listening to everything we say on the forums,

When a change hits the PTS it should be for testing, the back-and-forth communication between Devs and players needs to have happened long before that. The truth is that there are probably 1,000 or so players (and I am NOT claiming I am one of them) who understand what is wrong with this game and how to fix it far better than Zeni ever will - because these guys and gals have 10 more /played than than any Dev.
They need to demonstrate that they are listening by actually addressing in the forums.
All The Best

I won't stop playing but certain things annoy me it's impossible to find a group for a dungeon communication on the ps4 is awful we need text chat why can't I add in game friends instead of having to them on my ps4 plus the guild system annoys me I hate the fact you can join 5 I've always played mmo's that you have 1 guild and 1 guild only shows loyalty
