Missing Skill Points

I was grinding out some Daedra Hearts and stolen treasures by entering houses and banks and loots and chest, cabinets, ect. After 2 hours I was on my way to the Davon's Watch Outlaws Refuge to sell the stolen treasures, launder the Daedra Hearts, and pay off my bounty. My Legerdemain skill has just leveled up to 13 so I decided to use some skill points on there. Earlier before I started grinding the Daedra Hearts I had 6 or 7 skill points and now I have zero. I don't know what happened. I did not, at anytime, use these skill points. I was saving them. I've traveled to a different area to see if they reappeared, I've tried using the skill points even though it says zero, and I've completely closed the TESO game and started it up again and still nothing. 6 or 7 skill points doesn't seem like much but in a way it is. It's about 18/21 skyshards. I'm on Xbox One NA Edonheart Pact.

Try logging out and logging back in if that doesn't work, try shutting down the game completely so it resets if that does not work then try reseting your skill points if that doesn't work then that is more of a question for technical support. if they can't fix it then you might have to start over with a new character will be the worst case scenario

It worked. After counting all my skill point, including the missing ones, I reset my points and they were all there.
