Hello, it's 2 days i have a strange problem with the Voice Chat.

Since i changed my modem i'm not able to connect to any Guild Channel: i see them but when i select one of them it disappear and does not appear untill i restart PS4, but still i'm not able to join it, even if i restart the PS4 the voice channel disappear if i select it
I've opened the ports for PS4 and Elder scrolls online and i've changed Modem firewall rules for those ports
No error shows during the process
Can anyone help me?
