Chapmaaaan✭✭Cyrodiil isn't worth it in my opinion.they are random spawns for lorebooks that are outside of Cyrodiil. you could just use http://dulfy.net/category/eso/lorebooks/ for each area and get the skyshards on the way round as wellTurmoil
