PvP communication sucks.

I believe a portion of PvP problems may be related to communication. When i first joined PvP i assumed the "crown" had done something to earn the position as the group leader. I quickly realized that this was not the case. Random leaders + random followers = random results. Some large groups i have been in didn't speak at all while in other groups it is impossible to decipher what anyone is saying as everyone is talking at the same time. It is in these situations the group leader needs to take the reigns and control his/her group. The group leader also needs to communicate and coordinate with other groups or assign someone in the group to relay messages.

I do not understand why each alliance does not have it's own private forum somewhere for players to discuss tactics, assign leadership and group roles, coordinate attacks, etc.

The current trend i have experienced is recruit until your group is full regardless of level or usefulness to the group and "follow the crown".

Will better communication put every player on the same page? No. Better communication will allow the players who are interested in winning the campaign for their alliance a more than random chance of victory.

How does one choose a PvP guild? I have joined a bunch and with most have found the same issues. Inactivity, romper room environment and heavy pressure to buy and/or donate things.

What platform do you play on? I think it's easier to join guilds on PC. Ask around in zone chat if any guilds have spots open in there group, or join one that has an auto invite up and see if they are recruiting.

If you're on console... well I guess there are not that many guilds yet. Just try to find a few people you can roam around with and play together. If it works out and you become friends, form a guild. Joining big random groups won't bring you anything but frustration.

Or maybe there are some nice PvP guilds recruiting on those platforms already, so you can join them.

If you want discipline don't join random crown and don't run with zerg.
Just make your own group with guilds or friends and don't tell others where are you going next.

Keep on roaming , raid quick and rush flags, def ressources with your group can be so much fun.
Just stay away from zerg and suicide if necessary to get rid of them and go somewhere else.

Keep in my mind, you will never change randoms ...

teamspeak much? What i did was join in some pugs until i found a group that was organized and asked to join.
after that its teamspeak or raidcall and communication is easy.

The larger groups that were not talking were probably in teamspeak.

Just be aware that even those groups that are organized may not necessarily have the foremost interest of winning the campaign for their alliance.

Disabling the grass may improve performance.

Thanks to all for the advice. I play on xbox which I guess explains a lot. Will continue to look for a mature guild.
