I have done the same things every day for the last year and a half

I need something new to do

I am glad I am currently taking a 2-4 week break from this game, I realize now just how unfun it is, it feels like doing chores most of the time.

even Cyro is just a grindball snoozefest full of lag and spam

Ive done all the pledges over a hundred times, ive done trials, ive done the main story five times, ive fished, ive done it all man

=/ Finished the game as it is now, multiple times, we need new stuff, badly.

Lack of content will eventually get me to go back to Skyrim or The Witcher 3. The fact that they even delayed the announcement for Imperial City and the contents of the next major update to "later in the week" and not Monday the 13th is just hilarious and sad at the same time.

After leveling two characters to VR 14 (they've been vr 14 for a long time) and now have two more at VR 13, another at VR 2. I am running out of characters that I care to level

This. This right here is what makes me question why I continue to play. A growing player base of antisocial misanthropes who can't interact with one another in any way other than insulting each other.

For the love of god man, you may not agree with his opinion but you don't have to act like that. You want to give a counter argument by all means go for it. But that right there is just outright hostile. There's no need for that.

A poisonous community can kill a game far faster and much more thoroughly than developer mismanagement.

I'm a console player that transferred from PC. I didn't play on the PC to much do to school, and the magicka vs. stamina imbalance also didn't help. Here is what is currently some things I feel ESO needs to do to keep me playing.

Combat Information
- Damage/Healing Numbers
- Buff/Debuff Timers
- Friendly/Enemy Health Percentages
- These are needed to help players understand their character better, what are they week at? What are they strong at? What killed them exactly? Was it a crit? It is also useful to help identify bugs and if skills and items are working as intended.

Voice Chat
- Option set default channels when logging on, if any (I hate logging in to hear some idiot screaming in area chat)
- Channel changes to group when I join a group, but not always. We use guild chat when in PvP so people can still know where to go even if we are too busy to invite them to group at the moment. We also use guild chat to just talk to others while a few of us are in a dungeon. An option to fix forced joining group chat would be nice.
- Ability to mute players. Who bright idea was it to not add this? I'd fire that idiot if this was my game.
- Options to adjust an individual person's sound (louder/softer). Useful to make quitter people louder, but can also be used to give group leader/s priority in chat.
- Overall Stability

Guild UI
- Last Logged In Timers

Character Balances
- Hybrids, they can't exist in the current state. One of the things I enjoyed most about Elder Scroll games was I could mix and match and still be a powerhouse. Right now it's either all magicka or all stamina. This is something I really enjoyed back in the days of the soft cap.

Werewolf/Vampire
- There is currently ZERO reason not to be a werewolf. All of the downsides only happen while in werewolf form, but you still get the 15% stamina recovery while in combat buff.
- The negative effects of werewolf and vampire need to be greater. It should be a huge sacrifice to become one and a huge challenge to play as one.

Crashes/BUGS!!!
- Some of the bugs we have on console have been bugs since the launch of PC. Fix them!
- Game randomly crashes to Xbox Home, with no error message.
- Cyrodiil lag. It probably will always be a problem, but stopping getting lagged out of the game should be obtainable.

1.Extremely poor performance in the the Elder Third Person SC Heart of the Swarm /Gallop racer 2014 since about 10 months ago.

2.Extremely lousy class balancing philosophy. Absolutely no finesse in their balancing they just haphazardly hack and slash everything instead on a small step balancing approach. They will never reach any equilibrium with the approach they have chose to use. It will always going to be one unbalanced meta or another. I can't wait to see what kind of BS it's going to be next.

3. Lack of courage in their part on many occasion. They should have never said that they will remove VR system. It is not something that they could do and they should have taken some measure to mitigate its problems. It is to late now.

4.Lack of new content.

5.Extremely old bugs and performance issues in pve that they refuse to fix and blame on the players.

6 Terrible UI for a MMO that was only mitigated by a very great modding community that mange to do some great things out of mostly crap. Of course it is still quite terrible.

Also the chump system was a terrible idea and I had called it just after they announced it.

Extra . The fact that the game failed at what it was supposed to be even if it had great potential.

I like the game and will only stop playing once a new TES game comes out. The only thing I find wrong with the game are the grinders that selfishly interfere with questing. That's about it.

I haven't made a character past 25 to date but what I have encountered as my biggest issue has been the group party system for dungeons. The lack of explanation for those who join the system and don't know how they should be queuing. Too often you have people joining as a healer or tank when they don't have the skills to be one. It wouldn't be such a big deal if it didn't take a half hour to an hour to get a group together. If this is something that could be taken into account it might help keep new players around. Same goes for PVP. There wasn't much explanation as to how it works or how to join or quit.

0. Base classes.
1. No content - but dailies.
2. No rewards that are worth it(Money for equpment), from ramdom/normal mob farming.
3. No rewards for adventuring/ exploring the world.
4. Forced game play for unlocking skills.
5. Forced builds becuse, nothing els works.
6. All world - drops / looting, spawn at the same places, no creativity in the game design(All can googles)
7. All have the same sets/equpments, more or less look the same.
8. No feeling off been unik, and no ways to make your self unik, without gimping you selv.
9. 1Hand and Shield are a joke (Again).
10. Armor difs, in resistence and armor are lame(eks. (CA)sorcs can have alsomst the same health(armor and resistens)as one in HA, and still hit like a train(constant and with no down time), same goes for a MA.
11. There are no real darkness in the game.
12. I can go on and on all day

Not every one can use voice chat though so isnt more effective than text based chat. Dont get me wrong voice chat probably has its advantages in certain situations but so does text chat. Ive stopped playing because there is no way for me to communicate in game, i still keep a eye on the forums though hoping they will add it in.

Reasons i stopped playing.

not delivering on promised content in a reasonable time frame.
going back on their word with Veteran ranks.
broken/imbalanced champion system
lackluster Vampire mechanics.
laggy pvp battles leading to much frustration.
reaching max level/gear with little to no content left to achieve.
allowing bugs (some from beta) to persist for over a year now.
keeping their community in the dark, failing to address many of the games problems.
useless PVE dungeon loot (crafted/pvp takes the cake)
broken LFG system
buggy animations and visual effects (some since beta i have reported repeatedly over the year)
...

The list goes on and on and on.

I play on the PS4, so can't do add-ons. I would just like to point that out before I start my rant. ^^

The main thing that has actually put me in bad moods is the fact there is no chat box system!!! Trying to do a Dungeon is ridiculous! -.- I shouldn't have to rely on a guild for this. I don't like putting my mic on because people go crazy over hearing a lady. And when I do send someone a message they never see it. -.- Having a chat box with a TEXT guild or LFG chat would make it so much better.

Plus, half the time people are only looking for a healer, which I am, but I play with my bf as well and we are a packaged deal.

I personally do not like questing all the time…before anyone says oh you're playing the wrong game, there is more than just questing.. I mean ALL the time I don't like to quest…like 24/7…I go off for sky shards and to beat bosses for achievements, but I would like to do a dungeon at least once a day…. Spending HOURS looking for 2 other people to run with is a WASTE of time. And I personally actually stopped playing for almost 2 weeks. Either implement a text chat box, or make the dungeon queues better! Something needs to change.

On our first scheduled guild meeting the voice chat bugged out in so many different ways for so many different members (My self included.) And random disconnection from both pvp and pve are the two things that have probably angered me the most.

Lag in Cyrodiil: There's a lot of things I'd like to improve, some of which might have kept me playing if they had been fixed or implemented, but the lag in PVP is the real reason I hardly log on anymore. I stopped going into Cyrodiil, then I noticed I was logging on less and less frequently. Now I'm so far behind in VR & CP I'm just a target. I couldn't really PVP if I wanted to. I can live with class imbalances, I can even live with a stupid multi-year grind to reach a VR & CP level where I'm not one-shot by everyone, but I want the DAOC-like large-scale operational PVP that ESO was supposed to have. PVP was my break from the grind. Without the breaks, it's just grind.

MEh , I still play, I just dont pay , Have to deal with crashes on a daily bases .
The client performance has bin poor since the launch of the game and I dislike the way they run the crown store, not cos they sell items, Butit are all copy's of copy's of copy's.
I refuse to buy anything that has taken so little effort to make yet is so expensive.

Drop a new texture on a horse..make it shiy and collect that $30 ..half the cost of a new new game, two months of a MMO subscription , full prize of thousands of game choices. and enough to life a week on ( for me at least).

its just not worth it currently.
I gladly pay once they finally start building the 64bit pc client and add items to the store that are prized fairly to the amount of work it cost to created it.

Yes, people that run after you like little puppies and hitting mobs that you have pulled are annoying in every game.
Or they pull bosses and wonder why you are not helping them. I love when they die.

If they would ask for help or a group I am the last person who wouldn't help them.
But I am not supporting their leeching culture.
