In the Iron Brotherhood you must earn your title everything from initiates to commanding officers, Initiates must earn their tabard, when they do they will become a full members and if they show further commitment to the guild then they will be rewarded, players efforts in the guild are noticed and rewarded.

Being an Initiate in The Iron Brotherhood is a true honor, we only except those who we think can cut it, we interview each player before they are offered the initiate spot in the guild, joining this guild will lead you to hordes of dungeon loot and Glory in the battles of Cyrodil with strong and loyal guild mates at your side.
