Would say all; but to be honest the options at hand is either Farm your heart out for AP or crown a person an emp to get him a buff which he or she will now lose here in the next months; like how we lost the mercenary's, and forward camps

All of the above for me, but content is the biggest issue, it's also very hard for me to find a group, because I play during Australian prime time hours mostly, and all the Americans are in bed, except the crazy American Bros that are hopped up on coffee.

lag is bad, but to me the main issue is the reward system. People playing the numbers for their own personal benefit results in behaviour that doesn't line up with the story. It's a good thing the PvP buffs for PvE are gone and a good plan to scrap the former emperor bonuses, but some other reward system has to be added that makes people want to play at soldiers (which is basically what Cyrodiil's story is). I won't presume to know what such a system would look like. My general stance is the Devs are in a much better position to figure that out.

And the fact that ZOS just doesnt seem to care about PvP development and individual class development.

I don't feel a kinship between the developers and the classes like you see in games like starcraft where the developers are actually interested in all the different matchups and have an actual balance paradigm and vision for each class. ZOS's class vision changes from day to day based on who is crying the most.

On top of all that, they can't even agree whether skills are working as intended or bugged!!!! Look at the recent templar toppling charge fiasco. These sort of flubs make it feel like amateur hour.

For a huge contrast check out this recent article about class balance in starcraft based on community feedback. Say what you will about blizard, their starcraft developers actually understand the races and mechanics of the game to a minute level of detail that puts ZOS to shame.

I think it would be the forward camps.
Since the removal of the Forwards caps zergs have been increasingly more common. In the past you didn't have to belong to a zerg to stand a chance in a big battle. You just respawned at the Forward camp and could (almost instantly) step back into combat.

I changed my mind after I voted, I should have picked "other". The most discouraging thing to me is working really hard all day with my DC comrades, taking keeps, I even witnessed with my own eyes for the first time my alliance taking a scroll; then it's time to sleep.
And that worries me because I know that when everyone else goes offline, EP won't. Nope, they stay up all night because they have no lives and steal back everything we worked so hard for, with little to no resistance. So I log in again the next afternoon and the map is red. All red. All that work for nothing.

I was excited to visit Cyrodiil, as Oblivion is one of my favorite games of all time, but the inability to explore without being killed by other players (I'm a low level and not one for PvP) and the shallow husks of cities that aren't even marked on the map disappoint me. At this point, I don't care to see a ruined, bland Imperial City, I'd much rather ZOS goes back and revamps the cities, even extending the borders of the map to Leyawiin and Anvil.
