unable to use the in-game mail

Hey, I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble using the in-game mail service. One minute I'm able to send to my friends, the next it won't let me. It says name not found or something like that. I've also heard players in-game trying to use the trade feature and it not working. Anyone know what's up with that? Just wondering.

'Name not found' usually means the recipient has a special character in the name. Try sending it to their account name instead (it starts with an @)

I have that issue I go into social and select my friends gamertag to send mail and it says there is no player with that name. Now of course that's not true since we are grouped and playing together all the time.

Still having that in game mail issue. I tried using the @, that didn't work. It sucks when you've got armor to mail to a friend in another alliance and can't get it to them. What's the point to having this feature if it doesn't work.

Find your friend on your friends list or guild > select said person > choose "View Gamercard" > try to send the mail again.

This worked for me for some reason. No idea why it worked but it did. Hope it helps.

Can confirm this works - My friends can send me mail after doing this.
