Unbalanced as hell

whats with the insane unbalanced pvp ?
i was a lv33 im riding past some master wizard lv44 who is stealthd
(crouching to go invisible is stupid who ever said ok to this needs fired it takes no skill or ability to use and is easy to just hide out of sight with skill)
he hits me once of the horse... i then take 3 more hits while getting up a total of just 4 hits no ultimate just 4 hits boom im dead.

week later im vet1 im taking on some rank 26 and cant take his damn health down at all after he used some powerup on his guy and glows ? ok so hitting him with 20 plus hits does nothing ?

same day vet6 is using a bow on a team mate i hit him with 5 snipe shots from my bow boom hes dead. a vet6 ?
20mins later the castle we take im inside an what do i spot a lv13 not vet 13 just a level 13 i snipe him 3 times with the same bow. he looks up hits me with a light attack bow a poison bow light attack then a heavy attack. during his strikes i hit him with a further 3 light hits and 3 morphed fully level up poison arrow shots then rip off another snipe shot into him.... boom im dead ? im sorry whats the point of my 2200 chest armor if some lv 13 has fake hacked super powers and can kill me in just 5 shots ? but can sponge the damage i gave him THATS 3 TIMES THE DAMAGE HE GAVE OUT ? he never used any ability or potions to heal during.

same night some op emp shows up and while someone hit her with a snare to hold her down while 4 guys run away like girls screaming (op powers and so bad an fake) i hit her with just 4 crossbow shots and boom shes dead ? wait wtf i seen an emp take 5 of them in a row just days before while 14 guys where all hitting her with bows at the same time ?

what the hells up with the lack of skill and balance no game you can pin a guy to the floor so he cant fight its skilled fair or balanced all this pvp is full of is op mage master wizards

While reading your post made my brain bleed, you do raise some good questions.

Seems like the PvP balancing around levels leaves little to be desired.

VR8 two-hit kills me. What fun!

I killed a NB VET6 at lvl 30 with my DK fire mage, he tried to escape at the near end and realized he couldn't so then eventually he panicked and turned himself into werewolf and it was game over for him, i had a good laugh about it next to his corpse.
From that moment i agree with you.

When riding, don't let the horses stamina go to zero.

Blocking and stamina regeneration is being changed. Shield stacking with block is getting the nerf bat.

Just because you were able to kill a guy in one fight, and the next time he kills you, doesn't mean he cheated. It means he learned and adjusted from his past mistakes.

Even emps have to deal with lag, or missed blocks, and running out of stamina.

That glow might be Magnum Armor or a morph of it. Each hit he takes is maxed out at taking 3% of his maxed health. I believe it can stack with other abilities but even if it doesn't, he could have extra health enchantments so he has so much health you wont notice it going down when you hit him. And I don't know if it scales or if it doesn't then what the boundary is but low level players have extra stamina, extra health extra magicka, take less damage and deal more damage. And that's what teams are for, Mages and Archers are at a disadvantage a close range, get a Dragon Knight to rush them or pull them towards so so instead of attacking they are try crowd control to get the Dragon Knight off their backs, then you fire everything you can at them.

well for the level 13 you ran into the reason he is so strong is because he has battle level active which increase your stats 29k health 15k magika & stam
you lost that battle level when you hit vet 1 so he can much better stats than you at that point depending on your gear.

their other stuff you mention the are just . you need to understand more mechanic of the game.

also zos said their goin to fix battle level for vet player soon

Before I reached Lv20 I had a 1 on 1 with an archer over Lv40 and won. I have also defeated other higher level players but also been defeated so it just depends on their skill and technique as well as your own. Also what do you expect stealth to do? It's not stealth if you can see them...

P.S. I'm a Dual-Wielding Orc Nightblade in Medium Armor in case that matters, no enchantments on my gear and all base quality plus some jewelry from the Main Storyline Quests.

i seen guys of any level wreck my guy in 3 to 5 hits while i can walk up to some level 18 not moving or playing and hit him with my ultimate then smash him with my best 2handed shots and still never take him down in less than 12 hits. yet i seen vet6 run away and i speed boost up to them smash them with the same ultimate and then hit them maybe 3 times and watch them fall ?? so whats the point to playing for 2 weeks getting chest armor thats higher than all the armor on some level 17 gaining more stamina and health and magic an better weapons if they count for nothing

sadly no werewolf but never use it much on pvp it gets wrecked to fast with like 3 hits from any poison weapon and thats it done.

yeh but when ever i check the damage i take from all the hits i get by who killed me none of the point are close to what i can deal out. my biggest hit is like a bow or my ulimate and its like 3200 damage maxed out. yet im hit with 7000 11000 19000 hits from mages ??

OK, why would he use that against humans? I mean you can use it against any mob or enemy you want, but it is really designed for use against Daedra. It's a pretty weak attack otherwise. Maybe why he has such issues in PvP.

It's also great against Vampires and Cyrodiil is chuck full of them. Also has a small chance to proc against humans and yes it looks like a crossbow.

As far as the OP's concern/question/complaint.

Right now a Vet 1 is the weakest player in cyrodiil and L10>L49 Players are the beefiest players but have relatively weak damage and limited sustainability. Next patch this is being address with veteran battle levelling.

it wrecks undead... vampires take huge damage from it an its been morphed to deal damage to werewolf so pretty good. well unless the game decides im getting no kills for it. like when i just seen a lv 18 *** the reds vert14 emp an took like 80% of her health away in a split second ??? no clue how he did that but she sure as hell ran away fast. games got to many balance issues and lack of thought for me. its ok to use stamina for running but once you get to a fight if you got a bow or sword you got none to fight with while some sad mage gets to use just magic to deal damage em no sort that out people let them use magic to run with them for *** sake BALANCE people the thing that makes it fair and fun

Forgot about all the peeps that want to be Vampires.

I have not even put a skill point into Silver Bolts in like forever. It used up Stamina too fast for me.

There is no such thing as balance in a stat and item based game system!!!! ffs people need to figure this out, and soon or my heads going to explode.

These people that think they are awesome PvPers because they can blast a vet toon when they are lvl 20.
It's the way Cyrodiil works, peeps. They add buffs to lowbies to try to neutralise the xp levels.
It's not because you're uber

alot of times people get alliance rank confused with levels. I dont think he was level 13 but AR 13 so he was probably vet 14.

Also you can block most everything in this game even mage spells
