✭as you are a breton i guess you want a magica build otherwise vreton makes no sense, but a magica build doesent work in medium on a competitive base as a sorc.spelling and grammar errors are free to be abused

✭Light armor is what helps you generate magika in combat(The passives). You need the light armor to sustain high end DPS because it has skills that grant magika recovery during combat. Unless you are not sustaining DPS with casting. Then you could wear medium or heavy armor. There are of course other skills in the game that work together to generate magika, but without a base % recovery of magika it will not be enough.
What are you trying to do with your Sorc, what is your vision? I do not think anyone can really assist you unless you tell us what it is you want you character to be. I can easily tell you how I play, what I have on each of my bars and the rotations but this may not be a play style you like. My play style for example requires light armor.

Kyye✭✭✭As a sorc you HAVE to use light armor, it doesn't matter how it looks...that's a foolish reason to not use your class specific armor. You need every passive in light and in your class line. The reason you're dying is because you most likely played as a 'battle age' in Skyrim with heavy armor. This is not Skyrim. You have to use wards, more specifically Harness Magicka, the morph of the light armor ability, Healing Ward, the morph of restoration staff ability, and I forget the name but the last ability in the daedric summon line is probably the most powerful one.
Otherwise you have no hope. I'm a Breton Sorc and with shield stacks I'm basically a god, and I litterally have every attribute in Magicka. You have plenty of class abilities for high burst (DMG all at once) and sustained (DoT). If you're not using destro staves and resto secondary then you lost a lot of exp along the road to vetXBL GT: CWB Hempire
