    They are adding a new set to the game next patch designed around fighting shielded targets, Maybe that'll make things interesting again.

    I can see it now:

    2 piece set bonus: add health recovery
    3 piece set bonus: add health
    4 piece set bonus: add health recovery
    5 piece set bonus: attacks on shielded targets do 8% more damage

    3 piece : add health
    4 piece: add health recovery
    5 piece: increase critical damage on shielded targets by 50%

    Yup....

    I thought it was impossible to deal crit damage to shielded targets? Unless they changed that? Because it always frustrated the hell out of me that no matter what I did, my attacks hit like a wet noodle against a shieldstacker, and even friends of mine who min/max dps builds have had difficulty chasing down shieldstackers,a nd that's with running max armor pen. Really, I'd rather they cut back on hard nerfs and make slight changes while buffing 'underperforming' skills, because as much as they like to advertise choice, theres some morphs of abilities that just scream "I SUCK" and the other morph is "PICK ME!" I typically try to go for the exact opposite of morphs commonly used by everyone else, but with the changes from the last big patch, theres some abilities that are just....who designed them honestly? Okay, you get 5 more seconds of buff time versus same buff time and increased damage or movement speed for 10 seconds?

    Another thing that bothers me is after update 6 there's some spells that look like they scaled very poorly or not at all. Some give almost the exact same values as they did before, and that confuses me if you have a spell that gives 800 armor when there are people rolling around with 20-30k armor, or a aoe damage aura that deals 200 dmg when again you have people running around with 30-40k health. Seems like it just tickles.
