voice chat hasn't been working for two days

So started yesterday I haven't been able to hear anyone in game chat or guild which is bothersome since I want to pvp but can't communicate with anyone in guild it says I'm there and I can see everyone talking and everything but I can't hear them how do I fix this I thought it would fix with the server maintenance but it didn't same thing on both servers in xbox one for me.
