Urgent help for a quest issue needed. Massive amount of players losing their temper. GM required.
There is a quest in Aldmeri dominion called The prisoner of jathsogur".
It's been propably over 3hours now that I've been witnessing the stupidity of the quest in general. People keep killing an add within the tower that should by all means be IMMUNE to attack until it reaches downstairs and does whatever it is meant to do in order to accomplish part of the quest defending Silvernar.
It's not only me who is VERY MUCH FRUSTRATED of how to quest works. There is always someone killing the add and unfortunately there is all the time people who are purposely harassing at times over 40 people by wasting time as in killing the add.
I've been trying to lead people within the tower for easily 3 hours now and Im repeating myself time after time " DO NOT TOUCH ANY MOBS THAT SPAWN UPSTAIRS" and believe me I'm having huge headache due to this. It's very stressing and frustrating you know. Not only that this sort of an event makes me not want to log in game anymore.
Make the add immune, or make this accessible tower solo dungeon or whatever you can do. I'm done, thanks and apologized

We're aware of the issue with the Prisoner of Jathsogur and we're working towards a solution. The fix will require code changes and will need to be issued in a patch, as code changes cannot be hotfixed. More information about the bug can be found in this comment on our official forums:

While this quest is currently blocked, you will be able to progress through the entire Reaper's March story. We do apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.1 -
I appreciate your fast reply. I quess there is no other option at the moment other than doing quests somewhere else.
I was hoping for a hotfix, but if that is the case I quess it cant be helped.
Looking forward to the issue getting fixed, after all it will be the last quest missing from Malabar Tor.0
