Enchanting certification quest with Danello

I got the x3 ruins from the quest location. Popped them in the crafting station. Got a increase health glyphs. But Danello is still saying ' meet at table'. The quest marker is also above his head. Ive crafted a few gyths since then an the quest remains open in my journal.
Im on PS4. Ive placed all inventory gyphs on equipment.
No other certification quests are open. Ive completed wood, iron and clothier prior to this certification quest with no problems.
Is this a bug issue?

SmokeXF✭Well u have to craft the exact one he ask for so maybe u haven't craft the exact one he wants. If u know u have crafted the one he wants and it's still messed up they go to your quest hover over it and and it the option button and abandon the quest and try to see if that fixes it. This has never happened to me so I don't know if it will work but it's worth giving it a shot i hope this helps

SynuiaSoul ShrivenYeah he asked for a health glyph. I see what your saying though. So had closer look, he asking for a 'trifling health glyph'. which is lvl 1. Jora,Ta an oko is needed. I cant remember if i used these. Just remember the health bit and making a few healths. Ill search for these on my travels though and try again.
I cant seem to abandon any quests with a PS4 ...
