So I have the choice to morph this ability. Its pretty cool. Which one should I go for lotus fan or ambush?

    if you are magika sap tank - lotus fan
    if you are stamina dps - ambush
    if you are magika DPS - don't morph

    Why lotus fan for sap tank may I ask? Reason I am asking is I AM a sap tank and have lotus fan, but read that it isn't viable anymore and I'm wanting your opinion to convince me either way lol.

    Cause it
    1) does AoE dmg, so you'll take some aggro from several targets
    2) snares, so it easier to keep targets together
    3) does more overall dmg as it hits several targes and puts DoT

    So if you want one target burst DPS with stun ability ambush (for stamina) and unmorphed teleport strike (for magika) are better, but if you tank lotus fan is good.

    If your looking for a single target bust build, then use Ambush, Otherwise Lotus Fan is a great opener on a Sap/Steel Tornado type of build.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    Thanks dancing. I will continue with lotus and combine it with sap essence as I was just able to unlock that morph. Should bra good aggro pull.
