Thats quite the standard set for Nightblades, have you tried one?
I guess it works with DKs aswell of course.
I tried dual wield/bow with my DK at first, but since DKs have alot of casting spells that require alot of magic you will lack alot in health aswell. Since you're going to need all 3 attributes.
So eventually the build is going to feel kinda "allround".
It all depends what skills you pick and choose, you can make it work if you take your time and read what you really need for a "stamina" based DK.
The best part is, you can be much everything with a DK.
Either way i left that role and made him a succesful mage instead.
If i were you i would go with medium armor, put all my attributes in health, and use enchantments with magic recovery on your jewelery and maximize the stamina enchantments on your armor.

Just go a full stamina build, stamina dk's won't lack for magicka because they only spells you really should need is GDB and reflect dragon scales.
If you go an all round build you will be bad, hybrids aren't really viable in pvp. But yeah full medium armour, with a lot of stamina recovery and you should be good to go.
