Xbox1 NA server down?

Connection times out while trying to log in. Same with a friend of mine. I can Log into EU server fine.

Been trying to login for 15 minutes now, keeps telling me my connection timed out. This always means, The servers are down, like always.0 -

Yeah it does seem there is an issue with the NA Xbox One server, I'd suggest heading to the Xbox One Technical Support forums where there are already two threads on this issue.
@ZOS_GinaBruno has already replied stating there is no ETA on a fix but they are investigating.0 -

That's nice and all,
But why cant ZOS just put a post at the top of the screen stating that they are aware of these issues when they come up?
Most games do this and it would save a lot of confusion and heat from the players. If they have the time to drop into threads seems they could just throw a mesg up there where they post about patches and maintenance.

But at least throw up a sticky or a statement in the yellow box at the top of the screen letting us ll know they are aware of these issues..
It would go a long way in building a relationship with the player base!
