One reason i was playing on pc is to roleplay but now i prefer to play on console but lol i cant imagine roleplay in Inn like i use to on text with all the ppl talking at once.
Too bad 8/
I don't understand this nonsense about voice chat making role playing impossible. In all reality it is more conducive since you are actually talking and not typing on a keyboard. How did you role play on PC in crowded areas? If you used a private chat, well then, do I need to state the obvious?
To top it off there IS a version of the game that has text chat and you choose to complain that the entire game doesn't allow role playing? What?

The real reason RP in an MMORPG using voice only is not practical

Agreed.
RPing together is different than just dumping "your story" into a text chat. Might have to interact and take turns like real people talking in a crowded place.
This is the perfect opportunity for me to roleplay as a drunken *** in bars. I'll need to commit to it, so I'll buy some rum and coke. Drink, then sing drunken sailor songs and pick fights with people.
Just to be clear, Elderscrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited no longer advertises itself as an MMORPG, it's now classed as a Themepark MMO.
Says it all really.......
