Issues with travelling to Coldharbour

Anyone know how to travel to Coldharbour? I were doing the quest called "The army of meridia" and decided to join a group for a dungeon in the middle of the quest. Now Im not able to travel to Coldharbour and complete it..

    If nothing else you can travel to group member/anyone on your friendlist if on console while they're in coldharbour

    Go to any wayshrine.

    Zoom out the map to show all of Tamriel.

    Zoom out once more and it will show Coldharbour in a circle to the upper left.

    Select Coldharbour to zoom in on it.

    Select a Coldharbour wayshrine and travel to it.

    Kill deadra.
