I've been spending my time leveling up through the vet ranks rather than standing around Bangkorai in the hope of a spawn, but I have made plenty of nightime treks to the suposed spawn points. But...I've never seen a single spawn. Since hitting VR14 I've spent a fair bit of time checking out the Rift spawn locations too, no luck there either.
I'm doubting my luck when it comes to picking up the vampire skill line considering the fact that I'm yet to find a single bloodfiend. They're doing everything they can to hide from me.
I'm offering them blood, but they treat me like Peter Cushing handing out garlic sandwiches.
I even took to Youtube to find evidence that the spawns do actually exist on consoles.
