None of the NPCs are speaking. The dialogue text appears so I can still complete quests, but it really takes away from the experience if you can't hear it spoken. I've tried turning the dialogue volume all the way up but it did nothing.

shovelhead67Soul ShrivenUnplug xbox one electrical cord,let it off about a minute then plug back in and start xbox, and game. Should fix silent npc and a lot of other bugs the game has.
at least this method worked for me and others on console release.
