Trying to do the 4'th daily on my last alt but the NPC's that give out the quests aren't anywhere to be seen.
My templar is VR 14, EP. Any ideas?

✭✭✭✭✭First of all, just check that you're in Mournhold. I made the mistake of trying to find them in Elden Root on my DC character, which doesn't work because they are in Wayrest for DC.
Secondly, there is a maximum daily quest limit of 50 per character, so if you've been doing Cyrodiil dailies, Craglorn dailies and/or crafting writs as well on that character, you may have hit the limit.
