No matter how unfair you may feel it is, it's done, and devellopers have bigger issues to deal with.
You really should consider it a closed case, and try to focus on something positive!

I totally agrree that there should have been an announcement before the removal of said items, especially if items are needed to complete an in-game collection achievement, but some-how I doubt that store bought items would be needed for an achievement/trophy. I personally don't like the idea of being able to buy so much in store to make game play easier (I also play WOW and refuse to buy any pets, mounts etc. in that game) however I must admit to buying one mount with crowns due to the ridiculous cost of in-game mount!

I do not fall into any of these categories, but I do believe you are right about the fact that I do tend to get obsessive. Well hey, I have played dozens of MMOs and I chose this to be the last and only MMO I will play in my life as I have a wife, a son, and hectic work schedule that keep me occupied. So I hope that you understand why I would like to be a "perfectionist" in things to collect as I did not give up all other MMOs, to be a half-hearted half-assed collector of ingame items in Elder Scrolls.

And just as a rebuttal for those who will once again, tell me to get a life, go outside, or collect real things, I do those things as well (I collect antiques, old manuscripts, modern and contemporary art) so you folks can save another insults to throw at me.

Once again, @ZOS_GinaBruno and @ZOS_JessicaFolsom , you can't just take those items away from us without a SINGLE NOTICE. That is very heartless of you for collectors who have been saving CROWNS for those.

Please bring those items back momentarily so we can purchase them again.

I agree with this thread. This guy is funding my DLC. ZOS needs to give him all if the information he wants. Reopen those items for him to buy more.

GMs, you could just contact him directly and assign him the stuff in game, and everything's good. Nobody else wants this stuff so it's really a unique incident and no general issue.

If the guy buying Fallout 4 with a few thousand crown corks was given his way by Bethesda this guy should also get his if he is so passionate about the franchise.
