I have Contacted Zos support 2 weeks ago when i got suspended for botting/third party programs, i tried to appeal and never heard back from support and still haven't heard from them. Since my account was un-suspended i have been playing on Console and my account got suspended again for the same thing?!? I really need ZOS to respond to the emails and tickets from my multiple phone calls in. From the last suspension and this one. This is getting a little ridiculous being suspended for the same thing 2 times in 3 weeks.
