Why just why do people have to troll and be extremely rude on the mission the prisoner of jatgsogur it's driving me crazy waiting hours trying to complete it but not being able to due to idiots thinking there funny killing the enemies before they go downstairs

I think half of them just don't understand the quest. I've been stuck on that quest for over a week now. Most people don't learn they see the red glow around her and just attack. Games need to become harder to encourage these youngins to learn. This wouldn't have become such an issue if people used their thing on their shoulders instead of blindly swatting at the red.

Is it possible that the mob is spawning faster than intended by killing it at the top of the stairs? If so, it may be that this has become a "grind spot".

I honestly don't know the situation that you are experiencing, but if people have found a way to get XP for very little effort they will take advantage of it.

No, it's the same players camping the spawn, killing the Drauginas over and over, and making it impossible for the quest to progress. I've even observed players "rubber banding" their controllers so they can stay in the room indefinitely, which prevents reset of the area. Some of these azzhats are there every day and I wouldn't doubt there's some guild involvement. I spent over 2 hours there just today in hopes that there might be a window and ended up reporting over a dozen people.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_GinaBruno I am aware of other posts on this issue and your previous statements that the quest will be fixed. Please give us an ETA and post a GM in the room to control things in the mean time. I've never made forum threats before, but I will cancel my ESO+ subscription on the next renewal date if the problem continues. I see no reason to pay a premium for a game in which progression is broken due to the developer turning a blind eye on such blatant griefing by other players.
