Trading guilds worth it for low level players?

Only level 10 but just joined a guild to buy/sell items. Do people actually buy the low level items or am I wasting my time?

Should I just continue by myself an use the items for crafting instead, or should I be trying to sell my extra stuff?
Thanks!

I find that selling extra bits of supplies for food (extra coffee or apples) or even some of the 'found' low-level potions I don't need (like the level 3 stamina only) or even extra style stones for cheap is fun, gets me a bit of gold, and by selling them cheap, I know I'm helping folks who are new and probably broke.

Thanks for the reply! That's what I was thinking, as it would be nice to get rid of stuff I don't need and help others out.

Is it frowned upon in guilds to set prices really low so things will sell quickly though? Or is that not really a big deal? I don't want to upset everyone and break the rules of conduct (I'm new to guilds if you can't tell).

Just don't undercut the merchant price ... that's going to get you bad reputation with the Merchant's Guild
Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.

It is your item you are selling and it doesn't matter how much you list it for. Lower priced goods are more affordable for other new players who don't have a lot of gold.

Define the right price ... How do you know if you're over pricing underpricing or bang on.

    Say 100 steel ingots ... Do I add straight 50g or add 10% ?
