Guild trader bidding

The bidding system on traders is extremely bugged and unreasonable. I don't know about Xbox or PC Mac but on ps4 some people can see your bid and on which trader it is even if they don't have permission to. Also when you win or lose a bid people shouldn't be able to see the amount you bid as it is in no way transparent. Spies from other guilds can have an idea of how much you'll bid next week so can easily outbid you. Please ZOS you need to fix this!

WolfgangArmadeus✭✭✭The trading system is all around ineffective. The idea that you have to join a guild to trade is silly. Free Trade system would be better. Turn the guild trader into an open market and this problem vanishes. PC gamers ruined this system, now they cant change it without making tons of players angry. Really though, im not joining a guild just so i can sell a meal recipe or motif every once and awhile... and i would prefer to avoid the 5k a week guild ransom some guilds require. One of the few things about this game i think really needs attention. VR16, who cares, fix this trade market already.0 -
thepurestone✭✭Sorry to hear but the guild trader system is one of the best if not best thing in this game. You don't really understand the grand scale of this and the complexity it adds to the game. It's not anyone's fault you're too lazy to do something so easy. You don't even have to join a guild, guild masters are always looking for a recruitment. And no there are only a handful of guilds which ask for weekly membership fees. I myself have never even seen one and I've been part of 10 guilds. The guild trader system is the best and most interesting, fun trading system in any mmorpg2

✭The only thing that is weird in this post to me is that you DON'T want people seeing what you bid? That doesn't even make sense. That's how capitalism works. Transparency. Maybe not the Government... or Corporations... or Education... or... okay, just about anything, but I want to know what you paid. That way I can screw you over next time you bid.
