Read about this Dragonknight tank build, which specializes in tactical utilization of Werewolf form, carefully selected item sets, and abilities that perfectly synergize.
Maybe consider using reinforced on some of your gear. You'll get about .0015 time damage mitigation for every point of armor you have. Having more resources helps sustain, but taking less damage does to.
I also am under the impression, though not exactly sure why, that reinforced on heavy armor is better than impenetrable for reducing susceptibility to critical.
I've enjoyed engine guardian.
Don't tank
"In future content we will probably adjust this model somewhat (The BOP model). It's definitely nice to be able to find a cool item that you don't need and trade it to someone who can't wait to get their hands on it." - Wrobel
The video of the build doesn't match the posted build in the thread, for instance the morphs of some skills such as green dragons blood/coagulating blood and ultimates are different and there is no use of werewolf form.
Also he refers to his 'werewolf bar' after describing his two other bars as if there are 3 separate bars however his two actual skill bars have no werewolf abilities except the ultimate which would be pretty useless without any werewolf skills.
So the description "This build's tactical utilization of Werewolf form, carefully selected item sets, and abilities that synergize well, are some of the secrets to its success" makes no sense since no actual werewolf skills are listed aside from the ultimate.
