I can think of a lot of werewolves out there that would love to see this added to the store. It's such a hassle constantly having to feed just to keep the bar full. If you don't constantly stare at it, it is so easy for it to run out at the worst possible time.
I can't speak for everyone, but I know I would pay some serious $$$ to be a werewolf all the time.

This would probably do one of the following if added to eso
-Reduce the cost of werewolf transformation ultimate by 33%
(This could be stacked with the salvation set bonus to reduce morphed transformations too 100 ultimate)
-Increase werewolf transformation duration by 100%
I would expect the ring to be the end reward from a long quest line where you have to hunt down dangerous and elusive creatures across tamriel as a werewolf0 -
