✭Stamina Burst DPS just got jacked. Solo gank will be all but impossible. There goes the best part of PvP IMO. The NB Assassin just went extinct. It's going to be about sustain and mitigation. Magicka builds are going to rule again. Stamina being walked to the guillotine.
