I am console player, what should I do if I haven’t received my crowns?

We recommend players to first verify if the Crowns have been received by opening the Crown Store menu:
•Press [Menu] for Xbox One, or [Options] for PlayStation 4 to open the Player Menu while in-game
•Navigate to the Crown Store sub-menu.
From there, players will see the amount of crowns they own. Please note that the Crown Store can only be accessed while logged into the game.
If the amount of crowns purchased from the Xbox Store or the PlayStation Store is not displayed or incorrect, we recommend players to contact the ESOTU Customer Support team at: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask
