Unable to Login – Purchased Through Steam

Hi, I recently purchased Tamriel Unlimited through the Steam platform and have been unable to login. I am, however, able to login to the ESO website. I am able to answer any questions.

Please be sure that you redeem your purchased key. You will be unable to log in until you do so. We see that you currently have beta entitlements, but have not redeemed your key to your main account yet.
