No friends list in-game after the NA server crash last night (7/3-7/4)

ZOS
Your server crashed or maybe just booted everyone off around 1:30am-2am last night.
After getting back on and after a modem and Xbox reset, the friends list no longer populated in-game.
I have over 40+ friends playing right now.
Is this a ZOS server issue?

No disrespect but as posted I always had an active and correct friends list until your server crashed this weekend.
The link to the help topic does not apply to whatever occurred on your server that removed friends from the game only and also removed us from seeing members of guilds we are in.

Same problem here, everything was fine until the crash, tried the workaround to no avail. Still can't send mail to 80% of friends and chat is intermittent (although in game chat not working is no big deal, saves me having to turn it off considering there is no option to permanently turn it off).
I know this is all being worked on, but it is no less frustrating considering I didn't have half of these issues until recently.
