Stealth Nerf to Fragment drop rates?

Prior to last Monday (29'th of June) The wife and I have been doing 16 writs a day and we got 6 writs in a week. From last Monday till today doing the same number of writs we have only received 1 fragment.
Just posting to see if anyone else has experienced similar results or maybe it's just bad RNG luck? This week it's 1 frag in 128 writs, last week it was 1 frag in 18.6666666 writs.
This is a difference in 5% chance of writ last week and less than 1% this week. Maybe I just missed the nerf in patch notes? Maybe I'm just having bad luck? Anyone seeing similar results?

✭✭✭✭✭Up until this weekend, I just had the two frags since they came out. I think I got the first one on close the day the recipe left and then a week or two later go another one. This weekend I got two of them.
So, if anything, RNG is being nicer to me lately.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

✭✭✭✭I think you just must have accidentally ****ed in the RNG god's cereal.
I've been doing 8 writs per day (7 of them at max provisioning level) and got my full recipe more than a week ago and have 4 spare fragments now.
