    I saw you posted on my 'Quoting' post but I think ZOS deleted or closed it because it has disappeared and if I try to click on it from the notifications it say's I don't have permission. :?

    Probably. I've learned that it doesn't matter if you follow the rules. If you post something they don't like, they delete it.
