Beta Vanity Monkey Pet never recieved on Xbox One

I have never purchased ESO for the PC. I have played every beta, including the one to receive the monkey pet. I played during the free weekend to try ESO:TU on PC and my monkey pet was there. I played day one the Imperial Edition for Xbox One. My monkey is no longer in my inventory. Is it somehow still on my PC account the weekend I played for free? If so why did it not transfer when I linked my account day one to my xbox one version?
