i saw a player wearing ancient elf armor and king dynar's helmet which is different than ancient elf armor so does anyone know if its possible to get king dynar's helmet?

Ranique✭✭✭✭afaik you cant get king dynar's helmet. You can get something simular: http://eso-fashion.com/nerieneth/
The main difference is that this helmet hides the face behind a mask attached to the helmet while Dynar's helmet does not. maybe thats what you saw.

Fruitmass✭✭✭✭There's another set that uses the same head piece but it doesn't have the mask. Can't remember exactly what it was something of the lich. You can find it from anchors in Cyrodiil.
