Need Advice on Templar Build

Hey guys,
I am a VR13 Templar just moments away from VR14 and I am still at a cross road with some things I want to do with my build. I am currently a high elf Templar with a primary focus on healing and secondary dps. With that said I am looking at craft gear for VR14 and really can't decide on what to go with. I have currently 40 PTS MAG and the rest in HTH. I am also doing destruct/restro build but was wondering if I go double restro would that be just a beneficial or not?
For gear I was thinking of crafting the Whitestrake's Set to make be a bit more tankier but I am all ears to see what fellow Magic based Templars are building.
