should i use pen on my weapons?

Sandshark95✭✭✭I'm assuming you're a Nightblade, then? And I'm also assuming that "pen" is short for penetration and refers to the Sharpened weapon trait. Precise (increases weapon/spell critical values) and Sharpened (increases armor and spell penetration) are probably the best traits to have. Personally on my stamina NB, I prefer Precise for the critical.

Im thinking pen as i have 60% crit chance just didnt know if pen was an option0 -
Sandshark95✭✭✭If you're happy with your crit, then by all means go for the Sharpened trait. It's a very good option.0
