Where is my attachment!? Guild store purchase

I recently made my first purchase from a guild store and received the email that states I purchased said item, and it is attached. However, at the bottom of the email, it states no attachment.

Am i missing something? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    are you on console? IF so, there's a glitch where it takes a while to arrive or you need to log out and then log in. then you will see it

    Check your inventory to make sure you didn't accidentally click and take the attachment already
