Provisioning Writs are a Pain

Why does the game insist on giving me provisioning writs for meals I can't even make? I have to make Torval Mint Tea. I don't have the recipe, and I've checked every single guild trader I can think of from Daggerfall to Coldharbor and not one has the recipe for me to buy. Sigh. It makes my inner completionist cry. *gripe gripe gripe* (But not really. Time to rob the kings a few more times).

As I remember, Torval Mint Tea was a hard one to find. It took me quite a while. I'm about 50 recipes short of complete still, but I don't have the gold to just buy everything in sight. Keep looking, it'll pop up eventually either as a drop or in a guild store.

The writs will settle on 2-3 recipe. You can abandon it and wait until the next timer and hope to get one you already have for now.

Also, if you have a friend or guildie that Does have that recipe they can make the food or drink for you to use. It just has to be crafted, not necessarily crafted by you.
Another option would be to look for the food itself on the guild traders, some people do make those to sell just for thiis reason.

I always get the same writ, so much so I have a stack of the food on me and all I do is pick up the writ and hand it in for easy gains
