While playing ESOTU on XboxOne (European server) today I had the system freeze up on me entirely - no error messages, the image simply froze in Mid-Play. Up to this point I had been playing for 2 weeks with no issues.

No error message is given at all, just freezes with the last image rendered by the game.

When this occurred, I could go back to the XBoxOne home screen without issues and could open Apps and other games, but when I go back to ESOTU all I get is a black screen - it does not even try to load the Game.

I have therefore followed the advice of shutting down the Xbox console, starting backup, clearing the Persistant Storage, remoaving and checking the Disc (is disc based and not a digital download) and starting the game again. This was fine for approximately 2 minutes then the same thing occurred,

To check whether network connection is the cause I have logged onto 2 other games and played successfully for 15 minutes each, but then on trying ESOTU I get this freeze within 2 minutes.

Can someone please let us know whether this is a general problem with the EU server this afternoon, and if not then give me some advice on how to fix this?
