When can we expect a unique Guild Recrutiment for Console tab on the forum?

Would be nice to have before launch but that seems doubtful.

With the absence of chat window in the console environment, I believe that the forum will be the primary place to actively recruit and organize.

I'd imagine if nothing is ever added the social nature of the game will drive people to meet and gather in market places or areas off the path maybe even phased zones and ppl will grow guilds using the console systems and tools.

It's gonna be different but I'm really excited about these drastic differences.
Now there are reasons to own both PC and console.

Practical request for sure but if nothing changes, we will adapt accordingly and make it great

As a leader of a guild of 200, I have mostly done what I call "Personnel Development". I literally take random people I run into, mic or not, and invited them to the guild. When I "type" in their name and submit, the console remembers me using that name for a fairly long period of time, preventing me from accidentally spamming invites to anyone. Then, once in the guild, I built a wide ranging hierarchy that is only dependent on someone's activity and enthusiasm within the guild. Game time does not play a factor unless you are inactive for months on end.

That's how I approach it anyway.
