2 Weeks and no Vampires

Since I have been a victim of the Prisoner of Jathsogur quest I decided to do the quests in Reapers March and also to go ahead and get my Vamp skill I wanted for my Sorc even though it may be very overrated.
This was almost a week ago.
I am not going to lie, I always take a week off from for the 4th of July and I thought it was great because i could level up the vamp skill line.
I usually play from 10 pm EST to 2 am EST with friends and in the last 6 days I have seen 3 werewolf spawns, cured it all 3 times, and have yet to see a single bloodfiend.
The whole moonphase theory is crap as werewolves have spawned at different phases. I think the situation created from the threads I have read from players paying for an in-game item have gotten out of hand and the fact it seems so rare to get this is a little irritating.
Ive even played during what would be considered off times for NA players and still not a single vamp spawn.
I cannot be alone in thinking that this is a little bugged?
I just wanted the perk because I have been a vamp in every TES game that allowed it because I enjoyed the perks. Sorry to rant but I have gotten to the point where something that should be easily attainable has become a down-point of enjoyment.
What is more disheartening is this situation has lead other players getting ripped off because Zenimax refuses to up the spawns to that of how often werewolves spawn. It also seems there is a major lack in the community helping others acquire this as well without pay.

Vampires spawn once and if theyre killed thats it. There are quite a few diffierent spots, Ive got infdcted by three werewolves and two bloodfiends since launch. Theyre present. You do realize that they spawn in the new moon phase. If you see werewolves know its going to be a few days before bloodfiends would start to show up0 -
Nope he is right.I have searched them almost 1 week but none ! I had to give 10 k for bite..After 2 hours later , i realized that vamp is no good for vet healer because of fire assaults..Happly cured ^^0

Not true. Seems ppl killing the werewolves, 2-3 mins later they all respawn. This was an issue for the PC launch. Actually, these quest bugs were all PC launch issues too BUT somehow they figured that consoles versions a year later wouldn't have these issues.
I'll now add that it's 2 weeks with no vampire spawns. It's been Spriggans or Werewolves. Those who were scammed should be reimbursed by Zenimax as they created this situation. I'll pay 10k for a vamp bite as the vamp bite sticky is useless as no one seems to care about helping fellow gamers.
If I can get vampirism I'll help all those I can for free to spite Zenimax and the sad pathetic individuals that are taking advantage of others. Ridiculous the lack of support for other gamers here.
