Ok, so I've been running I guess you would say an assassin nightblade, I do pretty good in both PVE and PVP but I just was wondering which way everyone might think would be the better way to level towards. Up to this point I've been running all medium armor. I was able to hold my own against tanky DK's in a 1v1 due to the Damage I can output. (My build is a stamina focused build, heavy on crit passives) Now I was just thinking, what if I put on a couple heavy armor pieces, just to maybe be able to outlast the other guy in situations where it could have benefited.
We normally just get a small 2 to 3 man gank group. Since I'm the only nightblade in the group, I'm usually the one to open up the gank, while being in stealth I use marked target, then I Heavy attack+venom arrow with my bow to get the double crits, then I switch to dual wield and jump and hit them with rendering slashes, a heavy attack then by that time, my group and I have gotten them so low I can use killer's blade to finish them off. Now as you can see from the way we normally go my combo is focused mostly on crits.
Now with my armor being all medium except for the legs and chest piece being heavy. I'm wondering what everyone thinks I should do, stay with what I'm at or switch back to all medium and get even more crit's and stamina regen. I noticed that my crit from the medium armor passives dropped a bit. When I switched, by about 100 or more. Also, I'm using the death's wind armor set that I crafted. Any advice at all would be great! Thank you! Also sorry if some of this is kind of redundant or confusing. During typing out the whole thing I was preoccupied with something else.
